    Step 1

    金针菇一小段先浸泡蛋液,裹上干粉。Soak the enoki mushrooms in the egg mixture for a while, then coat them with the coating mixture.

    Step 2

    烧热一锅油,将金针菇炸至金黄色。Heat a pot of oil and deep-fry the enoki mushrooms until turn to golden brown.

    Step 3

    趁热撒上少许椒盐。Sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper on top while hot.
